We Are Accepting Women-Owned Businesses That Offer Direct Sales and/or Services. We Are Not Accepting Crafters For This Event.

Registration Deadline: 12-5-2020

Vendor Fee: There is no charge to set up at this event but we do require either product or a gift certificate donation for our giveaways. This will need to be provided the evening of set up.

Space Size: 10’x10’. Unlike our Ladie’s Evening at The Garden, this event will be held entirely indoors which means that our space will be very limited. We will be very selective on which vendors that we accept for this event. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies & change. Masks are required.

Set-Up Time: 4:00 p.m.-5:15 p.m. Once your booth is set-up you will be responsible for monitoring it. Vendors need to be set up no later than 5:15 p.m. No disassembling before 8:00 pm. Early dismantling could result in application rejection for future shows.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend this event please notify us as soon as possible. No-shows could result in application rejection for future shows.

FAQS: This is not a yard sale or craft show! We accept only vendors with high-quality retail merchandise and reserve the right to refuse vendors and/or merchandise that does not meet the show standards or could be deemed objectionable in nature. There will be a maximum of 1 vendor accepted for each direct sales company. Applications will be accepted on the basis of the order of the applications received and could possibly be requested to submit a photo of the type of merchandise that you will be offering. Due to the recommended social distancing guidelines, we reserve the right to close vendor registration once we determine that we have reached maximum occupancy.

Advertising for the show will be via our website (, Facebook, Instagram and posted on our sign at the front of our garden center.
