We Are Accepting Businesses That Offer Direct Sales and/or Services, Artists & Hand Selected Crafters For This Event.

Vendor Fee: There is no charge to set up at this event but we do require either product or a gift certificate donation of at least $25 in value for our giveaways. Certificates that require a purchase will not be accepted. If you are a business that only offers a service then you must purchase a $25 gift card (we suggest Casey’s) and you can include it with your offer. Donations must be turned in before you set up.
Space Size: Approximately 10’x10’ but larger spaces will be available if needed. This event will be held mostly outdoors with a select few vendors inside of our garden center & gift shop.
Set-Up Time: 4:00 p.m.-5:15 p.m. Once your booth is set-up you will be responsible for monitoring it. Vendors need to be set up no later than 5:15 p.m. No disassembling before 8:00 pm. Early dismantling could result in application rejection for future shows.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend this event please notify us as soon as possible. No-shows could result in application rejection for future shows.
FAQS: This is not a yard sale or craft show! We accept only vendors with high-quality retail merchandise or reputable services. We reserve the right to refuse vendors and/or merchandise that does not meet the show standards or could be deemed objectionable in nature. We will be very selective on which vendors that we accept for this event and there will be a maximum of 1 vendor accepted for each direct sales company. Applications will be accepted on the basis of the order that the applications are received and could possibly be requested to submit a photo of the type of merchandise that you will be offering. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, of the type of merchandise that you will be offering. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies & change.
Advertising for the show will be via our website (caseysoutdoor.com), Facebook, Instagram and posted on our sign at the front of our garden center.

In the event that your application is not approved, you will receive notification within 10 days of submitting your application.
