2021 Autumn Fest Vendor Information

We Accept Craftsmen, Artisans, Fine Vintage Dealers And Unique Direct Sales

 Saturday, September 25th 8:00 am – 5:00 pm & Sunday, September 26th 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Vendor Information

Registration Deadline: Tuesday, September 21st.

Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs & change.


Vendor Fee: 1- 10’x10’ Space: $35 / 2- 10’x10’ Spaces: $65

Set up on Friday starts at 4:00 p.m. and must be completed no later than 6:00 p.m. Saturday set up starts at 6:30 am and must be completed no later 7:30 am. No disassembling before 4:00 pm on Sunday. Early dismantling could result in application rejection for future shows.

Sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor.

This is not a yard sale! We accept only vendors with high-quality merchandise and reserve the right to refuse vendors and/or merchandise that does not meet the show standards or could be deemed objectionable in nature. There will be a maximum of 1 each of a particular direct sales company. Applications will be accepted on the basis of the order of the applications received and could possibly be requested to submit a photo of the type of merchandise that you will be offering.

Show Advertising

Advertising for the show will be via Newspapers (Beacon, Register, Echoes), our website (caseysoutdoor.com), Facebook, banners, yard signs, and posted on our sign at the front of our garden center.

Vendor Registration

All vendors are required to prepay and provide VERY DETAILED INFORMATION about your

type of products and/or service in order to secure your spot.

Once you complete the online application process you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you do not or have any questions, please contact Debbie at debbiep@caseysoutdoor.com or call 812-537-3800.

In the event that your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund within 10 days of submitting your application.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given after 9-17-2021.
