Vendor Information


Registration Deadline: Tuesday, September 4th.


Vendor Fee: 1- 10’x10’ Space: $35 / 2- 10’x10’ Spaces: $65


In order to keep our show interesting for everyone and to not have an over-saturation of similar products, we will no longer be able to accept vendors with the following type of products:

Bath, Body & Soaps


A tented area will be provided for the first 30 spaces that we receive registrations and payment.  Registrations for #31+ spaces cannot be guaranteed a tent space and you are encouraged to bring your own canopy. If you are NOT one of the 30 spaces you will be notified so you can make preparations for your space.

Attention: We have received reservations for 30 spaces so all new reservations will be provided a space but you will need to bring your own canopy if desired.


Set up is 7:00 am to 8:30 am. No disassembling before 5:00 pm. Early dismantling could result in application rejection for future shows.

Sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor. Please bring your own tables and chairs.

This is not a yard sale! We accept only vendors with high quality merchandise and reserve the right to refuse vendors and/or merchandise that does not meet the show standards or could be deemed objectionable in nature. There will be a maximum of 3 vendors accepted for each type of craft being offered. Applications will be accepted on the basis of the order of the applications received and could possibly be requested to submit a photo of the type of merchandise that you will be offering.

Show Advertising

Advertising for the show will be via Newspaper (Beacon, Register, Echoes), radio (Eagle Country 99.3) our website (caseysoutdoor.com), Facebook, yard signs, and posted on our sign at the front of our garden center.

All vendors are required to prepay and provide very detailed information about their

type of products and/or service in order to secure their spot.


Once you complete the online application process you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you do not, or have any questions, please contact Kelly at [email protected] or call 812-537-3800.

In the event that your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund within 7 days of submitting your application.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given after 9-21-2018.
