We Accept Craftsmen, Artisans, Fine Vintage Dealers And Unique Direct Sales



 Saturday, September 21st 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. &                   Sunday, September 22nd 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.


Registration Deadline: Thursday, September 12th

Booth Fee: 1- 10’x10’ Space: $50 / 2- 10’x10’ Spaces: $90

If you purchase a 10′ x 10′ space your tent/canopy can not be any larger than 10′ x 10′. If you purchase a 10′ x 20′  space your tent can not be larger than 10′ x 20′. No exceptions! If you will be bringing a trailer or truck you must purchase a 10′ x 20′ booth space. 

Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, extension cords, chairs & change. Sales tax, if applicable is the responsibility of the vendor.  

This is not a yard sale! We accept vendors with high-quality merchandise and reserve the right to refuse vendors and/or merchandise that does not meet the show standards or could be deemed objectionable in nature. We will accept only 1 each of a particular direct sales company. Applications will be accepted on the basis of the order of the applications received and could possibly be requested to submit a photo of the type of merchandise that you will be offering.


In order to better streamline the set-up process for this event, 14 days before the start of the event we will email you a link for you to choose your set-up day & time. It will be first come first serve for the designated times.

Booth spaces will be preassigned and will not be changed for any reason. You will be setting up your tent in our gravel driveway so you will want to bring weights or other means of securing your tent. No disassembling before 4:00 pm on Sunday. Early dismantling could result in application rejection for future shows.


Advertising for the show will be via Newspapers (Beacon, Echoes), our website (caseysoutdoor.com), Facebook, Instagram, banners, yard signs, and posted on our sign at the front of our garden center.

Payment is required at the time of registration. Once you complete the online application process you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you do not or have any questions, please contact Debbie at debbiep@caseysoutdoor.com or call 812-537-3800.

In the event that your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given after 9-12-2024.
